JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping vehicles running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, especially in maintaining customer relationships and sales interactions.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating strong customer service abilities.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 per week

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of parts as needed during service operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding vehicle maintenance.
• Collaborate with other technicians and dealership staff to enhance overall service quality.
