JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping vehicles running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, especially in maintaining customer relationships and sales interactions.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating strong customer service abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
