JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Lube Technician will work closely with customers to provide excellent service while utilizing their mechanical knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dealership or mechanic experience preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in a fast-paced environment
• A strong commitment to safety practices in the workplace
• Sales experience is a plus, as it may involve recommending additional services to customers

• Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional service needs
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and recommend additional services as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle’s needs
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts as required
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and proper disposal of waste materials
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain high standards of quality
