Our business is expanding. OK Tire/Western Truck & Trailer is looking to hire a motivated Tire/Service advisor for our Tire and Service department.
The ideal candidate must have an interest and aptitude in vehicle mechanics and tires, in addition to being able to work well with customers, technicians and staff.

TIRE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE A MUST

Responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Scheduling and documenting customer repairs and services
- Willing to continue to learn new products and services
- Accurately enter and update service information in PBS software

Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Sales skills
- Automotive repair background
- Dealership or mechanic experience preferred
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Proficiency in cash handling
