You will be responsible for: Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered to You will coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and escalate issues to supervisor for remedy. You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires Amazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer service This position will oversee and dispatch service trucks Ensuring associates are conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner Following Fountain Tire safety policies and guidelines Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road! Potential to move to into a Sales/Management role in the future for the right person, advancement is not limited What does it take to get on track? We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Tire Technician A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is required A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers A keen attention to detail Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract Basic computer skills Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work! Responsibilities
