Description Position Overview Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Tire/Service Technician to assist with equipment repair and maintenance both in our shop as well as in the field. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends and extended work hours based on workload. This position requires frequent heavy work and exposure to elements typically found in a shop and field environment. Salary offer is dependent on experience. Benefits are offered after 60 days of employment including health, dental, vision and numerous supplemental policies. 401(k) is offered after 90 days of employment. Transportation is provided to the customer’s location when field visits are required. General Responsibilities Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger, light trucks, large trucks to industrial. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-truck and trailer to include but not limited to Commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train and electrical. Responsible for safe operations of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations. Fleet inspections. Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory. Work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System). Frequent bending, squatting and reaching are necessary to carry out the duties of this job position and requires the employee to stand or walk approximately 75% of the time. Must be willing to support shop initiatives and comply with all safety and company policies as well as participating in trainings and any other duties assigned. Requirements Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Applicant must be 25 years of age or older. Experience with heavy duty/commercial tires preferred.
