Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency Perform wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and basic inspections Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including brake checks, suspension assessments, and general repairs Use automotive diagnostics equipment to identify mechanical or electrical problems affecting tire performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently Requirements Skills Dealership experience or previous automotive repair background is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services Alignment experience preferred Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Sales aptitude to recommend additional services or products when appropriate This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in automotive service.
