TIRE TECHNICIANS - WORK HARD, PLAY HARD!

$134,415 - $144,100 (Annual salary based on hourly rate and regular 14/14 schedule; additional compensation and premiums available)

WORK AT THE HEART OF CANADA’S ENERGY SECTOR

Based in the Alberta Oil Sands (Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region), you’ll work on a 14/14 rotation in a safety-first environment. With 12-hour shifts, alternating sets between days and nights, you’ll rack up 80 regular hours and 88 overtime hours per rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work
• MUST have 1+ years of experience changing tires and wheels on 797 Haul Trucks
• 1+ years of experience with Heavy Equipment/Mining and/or the construction industry
• Experience with dozers, haul trucks and excavators of all major brands such as CAT, John Deere, Hitachi, and Komatsu are an asset
• Someone who participates in and promotes a strong safety culture
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong ethics and compliance to rules and regulations
• Team player who shows initiative and is a continual learner
• Collaborative communication style at all levels of the organization demonstrating an open, honest, and consistent approach to working with others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a respiratory fit test, meet fitness standards, and handle 50 lbs
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Advanced Class 5 License with Air Brakes
