We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Tire & Lube Technician / Shop Helper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to grow in the automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in tire and lube services preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy tires/equipment and work in a physically active environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes and tire mounting/balancing/rotations
• Detail customer vehicles as needed
• Assist technicians as needed with service tasks
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe by managing tools, equipment, and work areas
• Maintain shop supplies and assist with parts runs when required
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment
