Description Description Job Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18 / hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - Finish A2Z Staffing is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in South Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will: Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule. Load and unload tires Order picking / order selecting Attendance and punctuality are VITAL Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds Work on feet for extended periods of time Requirements Requirements Must Pass E-Verify Must Pass a Background check (not a felon friendly job) Must Pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included) Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary) Must be bilingual Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time

Responsibilities

Employees will report to the lead person for the daily production schedule and will be responsible for loading and unloading tires, as well as order picking and selecting.
