We are a small friendly team who provide tissue viability services based across Gloucestershire . We are the largest provider of secondary care in Gloucestershire and serve a population of approximately 640,000 people.
Working in the Tissue Viability Team is both rewarding and dynamic. Each day brings a new set of clinical challenges, from assessing complex wounds to advising on pressure ulcer prevention. The role demands a high level of clinical expertise, but also the ability to educate, influence, and support staff across all levels of care.

Together we act as a hub of expert knowledge for the organisation, often called upon to review patients with non-healing wounds and identify and manage risks associated with pressure ulcer development
