What We Do Title Assistant (Onsite – Rock Springs, WY | Sweetwater County) Jumpstart your career in real estate with First American. If you enjoy digging into history, solving puzzles, and working with detail-driven data, this role puts you at the center of the title process - helping deliver accurate, critical information to our teams and customers. What You’ll Do Research property records and resolve title issues Review and interpret real estate documents Ensure accuracy in legal documents and calculations Support the title process from file creation to completion Communicate clearly with team members and customers What You Bring Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Curiosity and a love for research Professional communication and a customer-first mindset Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems High school diploma (title experience a plus, not required—we’ll train!) Work onsite, build valuable industry skills, and be part of a team that sets the standard in real estate. Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
