Compensation (Hourly): $24.00 - 26.00 / hour Job Description Summary: We’re seeking a highly experienced Title Clerk with automotive dealership titling experience. This role is responsible for accurately processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring full compliance with state regulations, and providing dependable support to our sales and accounting teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Process vehicle title and registration paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail Confirm title documentation is complete and compliant with all DMV/state regulations Communicate directly with banks, DMV agencies, and internal departments to resolve title discrepancies Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all title transactions Submit title paperwork to state and local agencies in a timely manner Support internal teams with title-related questions and document requests Ensure title turnaround times meet dealership delivery standards Handle title corrections, duplicate requests, and lien releases as needed Prepare title packets for wholesale, lease returns, and out-of-state deals Assist with audits, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of automotive dealership title processing experience (required) Strong knowledge of DMV/state vehicle title regulations and procedures Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Candidates without prior dealership title clerk experience will not be considered at this time.
