Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle title processing, managing vehicle registrations and legal documentation with high-volume efficiency. Verify and audit all deal jackets for accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations before submission. Coordinate seamlessly with sales, finance, and service departments to facilitate smooth title transfers and enhance the customer experience. Proactively resolve title discrepancies and lien-release issues, maintaining professional communication with the DMV and financial institutions. Maintain meticulous digital and physical records, handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Title Clerk (or a closely related automotive administrative role) in North Carolina is required. Deep knowledge of DMV procedures, including out-of-state titling and tax requirements. Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office; experience with digital title platforms is a significant plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.
