Golden Dog Title & Trust is seeking a Title Solution Specialist to support the post-closing department to assist with closing deals and help increase the company’s revenues and profitability.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE:

  • Previous Title and Escrow Experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • SoftPro experience is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Receive file after closed and review all the documents to make sure all signed, dated and notarized correctly. Send executed closing documents back to lender.
  • Review legal description on title, mortgage, deed and survey to make sure that all match.
  • Assist with recording preparation, recording and posting payments in Simplifile.
  • Make copies of all invoices and checks and mail them out accordingly.
  • Review, scan and send final endorsements and/or title policies.
  • Monitor files for post-closing requirement matters (ex: partial releases and/or satisfactions).
  • Once title policy comes in, prepare cover sheet to send to the lender and/or owner and mail out with recorded documents.
  • Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
  • Prepare and send invoices as directed
  • Manage Post Closing general inbox, responding to incoming mail in a timely manner
  • Submit policy remittance payments
