Description

SkyMark Refuelers, LLC is seeking candidates for a Title Specialist. The Title Specialist performs administrative and clerical tasks/services for the Accounting Department and has primary responsibility for preparing all vehicle titling documents. The incumbent must maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis. * Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order. * Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations. * Prepare temp tags for customers. * Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customer (or lienholder) to register their vehicle. * Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles. * Enter sales invoices in NetSuite as needed. * Notarize documents as needed. * Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum: * 3 years of experience in vehicle titling * Associate degree or certificate * Workplace experience with NetSuite, Zoho or similar accounting software * Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word * Strong, effective, communication (both written and oral) skills * Strong organizational skills * Notary Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to finger and handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to xx pounds. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. Work environment: Work is performed sitting at a desk as well as interacting with clients/contacts or co-workers in person and on the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. SkyMark Refuelers is a market leading manufacturer of custom work trucks serving the aviation refueling, liquid waste removal, hi-rail maintenance, direct-to-locomotive refueling, and refined fuel delivery industries. With its headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, SkyMark also operates a world-class aviation refueler facility in Findlay, Ohio along with a tank plant in Sullivan, Illinois.

Responsibilities

The Title Specialist is responsible for preparing all vehicle titling and tax documents and maintaining chassis records. They coordinate with customers, dealerships, and internal departments to ensure accurate vehicle registration.
