QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Valid certifications in Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Face Fit Testing, and other mandatory HSE training
• Familiarity with QMS orientation and LOP TA 17-001 to LOP TA 17-013
• Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Colour Vision and Visual Acuity assessments
• Serial Number recording and Pipe Counting competency

ABOUT THE ROLE

The UK TK-Liner Operator is responsible for the preparation, setup, and operation of TK-Lining equipment to process customer-supplied tubulars in accordance with GRE-Line specifications. This role ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, carries out routine equipment maintenance, and supports quality and operational excellence within the TK-Liner department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate TK-Lining equipment in accordance with work orders and standard procedures
• Process customer goods per relevant Standard/Local Operating Procedure Manuals for TK-Lining disciplines
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization
• Report equipment failures or damage promptly
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment
• Comply with all HSE standards and company procedures
• Carry out additional tasks as required, provided training and competency requirements are met
