Description du poste - Deploys the Customer Demand Management strategy in the Production facility / own area of responsibility Regularly reviews Customer Demand Management issues within the Production facility / own area of responsibility. - Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections at facility level - Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc. - Ensures accurate and efficient Production Control process - Supports the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions) - Supports the new projects implementation in the plant - Head of: Creates the inventory rolling forecast for Finished Goods on a monthly base - Team Leader: Supports the creation of the inventory rolling forecast for Finished Goods on a monthly base - Supports the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks - Supports the Stock-take and cycle count processes in the Production facility - Supports the S&OP Process in the Country and the standardization of MPS processes - Responsible for the validation of the MPS inside the Production facility / own area of responsibility - Ensures OTIF deliveries, respecting customer demand at the optimum cost level - Ensures accuracy of parameters and inventories in the system for FG - Responsible for customer management relationship (i.e. demand, red alert, delivery, and recovery plan, PDCA for customer complaints) Qualifications - Level of education: Engineering Degree with a specialization in Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain or or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar domain. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for deploying the Customer Demand Management strategy within the production facility, identifying performance deviations, and developing corrective action plans based on KPIs. The position ensures accurate Production Control, manages customer relationships regarding demand and disruptions, and validates the Master Production Schedule (MPS) within the facility.
