Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. Job Description Lead and continuously improve the Operation Quality Assembly Auditors team to ensure efficiency and performance. Plan and execute Quality Management activities during sample and pre-production phases, including drawing analysis and process validation. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific standards, and internal procedures across all production processes. Manage non-conforming product control, initiate corrective/preventive actions post-SOP, and oversee 8D report evaluations. Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards, and implement a Quality Improvement Plan to meet defined targets. Coordinate training and provide ongoing guidance to team members to ensure skill development and alignment with quality goals. Approve and follow up on Deviation Approvals and production process procedures in line with supplier and customer requirements. Qualifications University degree Knowledge of quality tools : PPAP / EMPB, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK, IATF 16949 , VDA6.3 PC user(Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of English – medium/advanced level Knowledge of German language – advantage Communication skills (Moderation, Negotiation, Presentation) Leadership skills (flexibility, feedback, problem solving, conflict management) Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
