YOUR DAY TO DAY:

As an TL, Service Architecture, you will take on a dual role – leading a team of IoT Solution Architects, Leads, and Analysts, while actively contributing as a hands-on Solution Architect.
You will design and define service elements for standard and bespoke managed solutions across global markets. Your work will directly support presales and postsales engagement for large multinational clients, ensuring scalable, deliverable, and high-quality service solutions.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years in pre-sales design or consultancy with corporate clients
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with global solutions and international customer base
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus
• Must have demonstrable expertise of designing service wraps for IT Managed Services in the context of one or more of the following areas:
• IoT
• IP Networking
• Unified Comms including IPT, SIP, IM, Email and Video Conferencing
• LAN Technology (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
• WAN Access Technologies (e.g. xDSL, Ethernet, SDH, MPLS)
• Internet Access solutions
• Network Monitoring & Optimisation
• Security solutions
