Sustainability | OMVPetrom.comYour tasks Leads the Technical Services & Projects team of internal subordinates that delivers services of: Project management for construction projects; Project management for modernization projects; Project management for demolition projects; Technical due diligence for real estate assets; Building operation start-up support; Stakeholder relationship management (e.g. authorities); Management of a sustainable and efficient operation and maintenance of Petrom City; Evaluation of business requirements and translation into operational objectives; Coordination and controlling of external technical service suppliers; Warranty and guarantee management; Energy/utilities management; Responsible for Supervision and Technical Verification of the Installations (RSTVI) according to ISCIR requirements; Management of complex technical building operation related projects; Provides functional planning, coordination and supervision of the team’s members’ activities; Prepares reports and participates in activities implying analyses concerning the main types of provided services: Infrastructure Services, Technical Services, as well as other areas covered by the department; Supervises the realization of the department’s defined objectives, strategy and guidelines as interface between the department manager and the team; Meets deadlines concerning the submission of documents/information to team members, superiors, customers and suppliers in compliance with the agreed service level / respective work instructions; Assesses the performance of the team / the team members and supports the feedback process (leadership of the team); Coordinates and monitors the training and development of the team members according to agreed employee development objectives to constantly improve the team’s performance; Participates in operative tasks when necessary. Your profile Bachelor’s Degree: Economics / Construction / Engineering; Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years; More than 3 years of leadership experience; Knowledge and experience in project management. Working experience in the specific field of contract management; Experience within a multinational company, ideally in oil and gas; Team work and cooperation with other departments is essential; Advanced technical knowledge/experience; Very good ability to plan and prioritize operational activities; Advanced knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
