Exciting Opportunity: TLM Developers - 6 month contract engagement
We’re seeking 2 talented DevOps TLM Developers to join a Global Reconciliations team in the banking and finance sector. This role is ideal for developers with experience in SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) who are ready to work on high-impact reconciliation solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have Skills
1–3 years’ experience with TLM Premium (v2.5, v2.7, or v3.0) and related tools:
TLM Control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM CT Tool, TLM Smart Schema
Strong knowledge of reconciliation platforms & SmartStream suite
Hands-on SQL/PLSQL skills
Experience working on large, complex code bases
Banking/finance domain knowledge
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
Nice-to-Have Skills
DevOps tooling & CI/CD pipeline experience
Python & Django for automation, BOT creation, and innovation projects
Experience in reducing production incidents through automation

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end reconciliation solutions using TLM Premium and the SmartStream suite of tools
Customize UI screens, workflows, and database structures to meet evolving requirements
Build and deploy CT packages, perform testing, and progress changes to UAT readiness
Work with SQL/PLSQL in production environments across Unix and Windows
Collaborate with IT Leads, Product Owners, Architects, and global/offshore teams
Contribute to automation and innovation projects, potentially leveraging Python/Django
