We are seeking to appoint a Teaching & Learning Student Experience Administrator (Information, Advice & Guidance) in the School of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities. The successful candidate will support the co-ordination and administration of all required activities within the Information, Advice and Guidance team including (but not limited to): Coordinating events that take place in the school, managing all of the communications to students, creating posters and social media content, supporting the school’s academic advisor scheme, supporting PEER & PASS Schemes, supporting student societies, supporting welcome week activities and graduation, general administrative duties, working on the student hub, phones and answering emails for example. This role may also require some flexibility to work with colleagues in other Schools within the Faculty of Humanities. Anyone who has a strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience, with proven experience in a customer facing role, wishing to work in a busy and challenging environment, who has an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure and can ensure high quality procedures (that comply with University rules, regulations and policies) be applied consistently, has a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 application is encouraged to apply.
