Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Deliver extraordinary service by responding to questions concerning the CM situation. Relevant experience of servicing customers via Voice medium, preferably in customer service or Collections industry. Contribute to a positive team environment by acknowledging others’ contributions and celebrating their success Strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to handle highly complex and manual queries Ability to deliver result & display Personal Accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment Colleague would be required to work in a hybrid model, servicing ANZ Market. Ability to deliver results & display Personal Accountability.
