ABOUT HIDE TOWER:

Hide Tower is located on the outskirts of Pimlico SW1, close to the River Thames and the Tate Gallery. We are a hugely successful Tenant Management Organisation, that manages our iconic tower block of 162 properties. We have recently held our 5-year ballot of all our tenants and leaseholders and 100% of those that voted (over 50% turn out) wanted the TMO to continue.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced TMO Manager who will be operationally responsible for the delivery of all aspects of high quality housing management, repairs, and estates services to our residents.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with strong contract management experience to manage our repairs services (who we see as partners), ensuring value for money and building on our already exceptional resident satisfaction levels, and our ability to first time fix.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Deliver exceptional customer focus and a track record of resident engagement.
  • Provide high quality relationship management, maintaining the relationship with Westminster City Council.
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and good practice in relation to the work of employees, the office premises and the management of the estate.
  • Work with the accountants, auditors and the management committee in the monitoring of all budgets and provide financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate the refurbishing of empty flats to a high standard.
  • Will be required to attend some evening meetings or work outside normal working hours to attend emergencies and ensure service delivery.
