  About the Role:
  We are seeking an experienced TMS Consultant to join a leading global 3PL organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from the Netherlands while supporting international transportation management solutions. The role will require travel on a global scale, engaging with key stakeholders to optimize and implement best-in-class TMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and optimize TMS solutions across global operations.
• Provide expertise on TMS platforms, including Carlo, Soloplan, MercuryGate, Kuebix, Transplace, or other Tier 1 TMS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional TMS solutions.
• Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure system adoption.
• Travel globally to support project implementations and stakeholder engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a TMS Consultant in a logistics or 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of one or more TMS platforms such as Carlo, Soloplan, MercuryGate, Kuebix, Transplace, or other Tier 1 TMS.
• Expertise in transportation and supply chain management.
• Experience with system integration, process optimization, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
• Must be based in the Netherlands – sponsorship is not provided for this role.
