Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with clients and industry bodies to ensure training needs are identified
  • Administration of all course bookings using customer booking management system
  • Process booking for customer delegates in the most suitable location and cost-effective manner for delegates
  • Ensuring comprehensive reporting on compliance, bookings and utilisation of courses and providers to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uploading of certificates, course reports and other documentation as required to the appropriate systems.
  • Develop and build strong working relationships with customers, continually building on professional network.
  • Proactively work with third-party training providers to build relationships, understand business needs, and collaborate with Global Business Development Lead on business opportunities.
  • Develop and support internal stakeholders within NMG, collaborating with other business units within the global group.
  • Ensure that client agreements are followed and managed appropriately.
  • Effectively handle inbound queries through all communication channels, with a key focus on in-person client meetings where possible.
  • Offer routine guidance to clients and other internal and external stakeholders on training issues, referring detailed enquiries to the appropriate manager.
  • Invoice management and coordination, ensuring that all invoices/payments are made in line with client and Company agreements.
