Responsibilities Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided). Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient. Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy. Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration. Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus. Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices. Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively Preferred: BLS certification.
