Description TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate) Location: Onsite - Kitsap Clinic Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee Hourly Rate: $21-23/hr Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!) TMS Technician Responsibilities Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided). Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient. Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy. Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration. Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices. Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively Preferred: BLS certification.
