TMS Technician Responsibilities Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided). Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient. Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy. Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration. Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus. Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices. Responsibilities

The TMS Technician will administer TMS treatments under physician direction and create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient. Responsibilities also include educating prospective patients about TMS therapy and managing scheduling and follow-ups.
