This role is dedicated to providing TMS treatments and direct patient support in a structured outpatient clinical setting.   Key Responsibilities * Greet, prepare, and support patients throughout the TMS treatment process * Conduct basic patient screening and pre-treatment checks * Administer TMS treatments according to established protocols (training provided) * Operate and monitor TMS equipment * Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation * Ensure a safe, calm, and professional treatment environment * Coordinate daily treatment schedules with clinical staff Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant healthcare, mental health, or medical office experience may substitute for formal education * Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or outpatient medical settings preferred * Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills * Willingness to engage and support patients in a clinical environment * Able to learn how to work with electronic health record (EHR) systems * Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable * Able to work independently within established protocols * Able to complete specialized TMS training   Take the Next Step in Your Career!
