Job Description Title: TN Brazing Gr 2 FLSA: Non-Exempt General Summary: * The coil brazer and Header Brazer are responsible for brazing coils and headers per blueprints before sending the coils to the next steps in the process. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: * Identify and prioritize what work is to be performed using SAP * Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, and overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning off any excess oil * Braze the coil joints and connections so that they are leak-free * Per the print, attach headers and braze accordingly * Ensure the quality of brazes and that all joints and connections are brazed before sending to the quality test tank to test * Confirm out in SAP Job Qualifications: * Brazing or welding experience, preferred * Detail-oriented * Work independently * Blueprint reading skills * The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions * Good communication skills Physical Requirements for the job * Ability to move at least 50lbs * Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day * Wear the necessary PPE for the position
