A To Go Specialist is the point of contact for all late night to go orders: you are the face of the late night experience! As a To Go Specialist, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

• Bag and distribute all to go orders as they become ready
• Communicate with guests on the status of their order as well as cash out any orders that need to be paid in store
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
