We are looking for a To Go Specialist to ensure all takeaway guests receive an amazing experience.

• Answer incoming calls, sharing information with guests and taking their orders
• Review incoming orders in our online system
• Keep the delivery area organized, and efficient
• Promote specials and add ons
• Package food and ensure utensils, receipts, etc are provided
• Input orders in the point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Comply with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
• Describe the menu and food to guests over the phone and in person, sharing suggestions
