Overview: As a To-Go Specialist, you create the guests’ first and lasting impression of our takeout experience. With a warm smile and friendly communication, our To-Go team members are responsible for delivering a welcoming, efficient, and accurate service experience for every guest. Whether taking orders in person or over the phone, you ensure each interaction is positive and professional. As a To-Go Specialist, you will ensure that all guest and team member touch points, as well as the takeout area, are regularly sanitized and maintained. You will take pride in building loyal guests by accurately taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and carefully packaging each order to ensure quality, completeness, and presentation. You will also offer suggestions to enhance the guest experience and ensure every order meets our standards. Finally, you will complete the guests’ experience by processing payments accurately, thanking them for their order, wishing them a fond farewell, and inviting them to return.
