Job Overview The To Go Specialist is responsible for supporting our guests and third-party vendors for all take-out services and is dedicated to ensuring an amazing take-out experience for guests. Rate of Pay: $10 an hour plus tips! Shift Availability: Wed-Sat Dinner Shifts - Weekends are a Must! Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Provide a welcoming phone greeting within three rings and follow guest ordering procedures, warm greeting, accurate service timing, and order preparation Knowledge of the POS system and online ordering procedures. Know how to troubleshoot any issues that can arise from ordering to payment processing. Accurately use the POS system to send orders to the kitchen by recording guests’ choices, identifying guests’ special dietary needs, and special requests. Cash Handling guidelines followed. Ensure all checks are closed accurately. Stay updated on current menu items and specials, and know if the kitchen staff is running out of any item, etc. Make beverages (as needed) and deliver to the guest or the delivery driver at the time of pick-up Ensure that all items are prepared to specification and packaged correctly Ensure that all items needed to execute to-go's are present and stocked (boxes, bags, plastic flatware, cups, etc.) Perform side duties, daily and weekly cleaning tasks as directed by management. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently - dress code followed. Promptly address customer service issues and refer to management when necessary. Have a friendly, outgoing disposition and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

The To Go Specialist is responsible for providing excellent take-out service to guests and ensuring accurate order preparation. This includes greeting guests, using the POS system, and managing cash handling.
