Banana Moon Day Nurseries is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Room Leader to join our team. Our nursery provides high-quality childcare from 3 months to 5 years
As the Toddler Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our toddlers. You will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Experience working with toddlers
• Strong knowledge of child development for children aged 18 months to 3 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children

• Lead the Toddler room, creating a safe and stimulating environment
• Plan and deliver a curriculum that supports toddlers’ development
• Observe and assess toddlers’ progress, and provide feedback to parents and colleagues
• Supervise and support the development of room staff
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress
• Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures
