Nursery: Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £29,845.200 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week
Location: Hendon, London
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Hendon situated in London.
The stunning 73-place setting Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool is based in a large converted house with spacious rooms and a great garden area. The nursery is situated in Hendon, with great public transport links and is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’.

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
