Gaeltots deliver engaging physical literacy sessions for toddlers using the fundamentals of Gaelic games. Since our launch in April 2024, we’ve introduced over 130 toddlers to movement-based play in a fun and inclusive. We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic play leaders to join our team!

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and caring individuals to lead fun and structured play sessions for toddlers aged 2–5. The ideal candidate will have a background in early years education, physical activity, or youth coaching, and a love for helping children develop core movement skills through imaginative games and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver physical literacy play sessions that focus on movement, coordination, and fun using Gaelic games as the foundation.
  • Engage positively with toddlers and their parents/caregivers.
  • Set up and take down equipment safely before and after sessions.
  • Follow session plans while adding your own energy and flair.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Participate in required safeguarding and child protection training.
