What You’ll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom Tennessee Requirement Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee child-care training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or Pyramid Plus credential is a strong plus.
