EXIGENCES DU POSTE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Formation professionnelle en tôlerie aéronautique et un (1) an dans la fonction de métal en feuille dans un milieu aéronautique.
• Aptitudes en mathématiques .
• Connaissance des bases de la métallurgie.
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

• The incumbent will perform different tasks related to sheet metal activities.
• Develop, layout and fabricate sheet metal parts using machinery and measuring instruments specific to sheet-metal work.
• Repair damages with sanding and blending methods.
• Fabricate form blocks, templates and other tools related to his work.
• Evaluate and estimate the required delay to repair or fabricate the tools.
• Evaluate and estimate time required for repair and or fabricate.
• Perform the required heat treatments on tolls and parts.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Trade school diploma in aerospace sheet metal with one (1) year of sheet metalwork experience in the aerospace industry.
• Ability in mathematics.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of metallurgy.
• Functional knowledge in French is required.
• Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
