EOE/M/F/D/V Job Description What you will be doing: Reporting to the Tonga Room Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Assist with a steady flow of the bar, assisting the bartenders in all operations of mixing cocktails. Assist with pre-batching of cocktail recipes and ingredient prep Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned Hourly Rate: $27.56 USD Gross per Hour Qualifications Your skills and experience include: Previous barback experience preferred.
