Description Skilled in building, troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance and have good working knowledge of sheet metal type, draw, progressive, transfer, piercing, forming dies and high speed stamping dies with little supervision. Experience with compound progressive tools a must. Troubleshoot and repair dies in the press and/or bench. Reports unusual conditions or problems to supervisor. Studies specifications and engineering blueprints. Requirements 5 to 7 years experience of tool and die work experience required

Responsibilities

The role involves building, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on various types of dies, including sheet metal, draw, progressive, transfer, piercing, forming, and high-speed stamping dies. This includes troubleshooting and repairing dies both in the press and at the bench, while studying specifications and engineering blueprints.
