We are looking for a Tool and Die Maker/ Mould Maker to join our Jokey North America Team!
Jokey North America is a subsidiary of The Jokey Group which consists of 14 production sites in 11 countries, employing over 2,100 employees and supplying customers in 86 countries. Jokey manufacturing an outstandingly broad standard program of buckets, tubs, and trays for fillers of food and non-food items. Responsibilities:

• Compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of workpieces
• Inspect final products
• Set up machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders
• Test prototypes and production tools
• Verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
• Program CNC machine tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
• Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance

Credentials and Skills:

• Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification
• Mould Maker Trade Certification
• Mastercam CAD/CAM
• Solidworks Software
• 3-5 years of experience in Injection moulding
• Experience fabricating jigs and fixtures
