Job Description This position will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of the tool crib in order to maintain plant production processes. This includes but is not limited to: locating inventory items, issuing items, adjusting on hand quantity, stocking items received, returns, inventory audits and adjustments. Ensures data entry of inventory items and administrative processes into SAP. Additional duties: · Receiving packages and adding items to inventory · Scanning of packing lists · Notifying associates of items received for non-inventory items · Work closely with Maintenance technicians to identify and locate parts in the system · Research order problems such as backorders and slow shipments · Helps schedule and expedite delivery of ordered items in conjunction with facility requirements. · Perform work in other areas when assigned · Maintain a neat, clean, and well organized tool crib Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited school. Associates degree preferred. · Ability and willingness to work and communicate effectively within cross-functional and diverse teams. · Knowledge of Outlook, Office, Excel, and SAP · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. · Strong Organizational skills with ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment. · Ability to bend, lift, squat, and handle up to 40 lbs on a regular basis. · Ability to drive a forklift · Ability to identify technical parts Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
