Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate five axis tool and cutter grinder machine (ANCA) to manufacture cutting tools. Use inspection equipment to measure cutting tools. Laser Marking to etch tool information on each tool. Communicate with team lead and/or management on needs within the department. Key Roles: Adjust program and grinding process to maximize quality and efficiency and perform complex setups with minimal direction and supervision. Work to high standards and contribute to continuous improvement; communicate issues to team leader in a timely manner; effectively leaves notes for next shift. Assist in maintaining the department’s equipment and preventive maintenance. Requirements Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
