Description We’re looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker – Stamping to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tooling that directly supports high-quality production. If you enjoy working with tight tolerances, solving complex tooling challenges, and collaborating with engineering and production teams — we want to hear from you. Requirements Manufacture and maintain precision stamping dies, tools, jigs, fixtures, and tooling components Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to build accurate tooling Operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders Troubleshoot and repair tooling to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency Inspect components using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Partner with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance and product quality Recommend design or process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate documentation for tooling fabrication, repairs, and modifications Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment What you Bring High school diploma or GED; formal apprenticeship or technical training in Tool & Die preferred 3–5 years of experience in tool & die making, stamping, or precision machining Strong experience with manual and CNC machining equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs Experience with precision measuring tools and tight tolerance work Knowledge of tooling materials such as tool steel and carbide Tool & Die or machining certifications are a plus Skills That Make You Successful Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and collaboratively Solid communication skills with cross-functional teams Strong time management and ability to meet production deadlines Work Environment & Physical Requirements Hands-on manufacturing environment Frequent use of hands and precision tools Ability to move throughout the facility and lift materials as needed Why Join Us?
