Description TOOL & DIE TECHNICIAN – NIGHT SHIFT POSITION OVERVIEW Join a stable, growing automotive manufacturing team where your Tool & Die expertise truly makes an impact. As a Tool & Die Technician on our night shift, you’ll take ownership of maintaining, repairing, and improving production dies to ensure high-quality, defect-free parts. This role is hands-on, technical, and essential—ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in precision work and problem-solving. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and complete repairs using welding, grinding, machining, and die component fabrication. Whether you're modifying existing dies or building new components, you’ll play a key role in supporting continuous production. WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform maintenance and repairs on dies to support efficient, defect-free production. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot die-related issues on the production floor. Complete welding, grinding, machining, and fabrication of die components. Modify existing die parts and create new parts as needed. Respond to press calls and perform in-press repairs. Operate TIG and stick welders, grinders, drill presses, milling machines, lathes, band saws, and surface grinders. Safely operate overhead cranes to move dies as needed. Follow all ISO 14001 and TS16949 quality and safety standards. Maintain excellent attendance to support production requirements. Wear required PPE and perform additional related duties as assigned.
