We’re an independent, fast growing tool hire company with a strong focus on customer service and reliability. We are looking for a motivated and organised Depot Manager to take the lead in running day to day operations, handling customer enquiries, and making sure things run smoothly.

THE ROLE:

As Hire Manager, you’ll be the go to person - answering phones, booking out machines, coordinating deliveries, and keeping the team organised. You’ll need to be hands-on, friendly, and a natural multitasker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing incoming calls and customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Taking bookings and organising tool and equipment hire
• Coordinating drivers and deliveries
• Overseeing the day to day running of the depot
• Supporting walk in customers with hire enquiries and returns
• Working closely with the workshop and drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Handling admin tasks such as paperwork, schedules, and hire agreements
• Keeping the depot organised, tidy, and well-stocked
