As a Tool Install Routing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and conflict-free routing of tool services in compliance with routing rules, project specifications, and safety standards. You will serve as a key point of contact between trade contractors, project teams, and design engineers to optimize tool installation processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Train trade contractors on Routing Rule SUD and ensure adherence to routing guidelines.
  • Schedule and lead field walks after Issued for Construction (IFC) to review routing rules with trade teams.
  • Resolve routing conflicts during field walks to prevent construction delays.
  • Conduct daily meetings with contractors to review and approve routing plans.
  • Identify and troubleshoot routing concerns, working proactively to resolve issues.
  • Act as a single point of contact for routing concerns and communication.
  • Attend routing meetings, pre-construction walkdowns, and design clash resolution meetings as needed.
  • Communicate and enforce routing rules to ensure compliance with designated zones and project specifications.
  • Mediate and resolve routing disputes between trade contractors.
  • Provide basic routing zone models based on field conditions and installation progress.

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Technical or trade school certification in construction management, mechanical/electrical systems, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
