We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. SKILLS

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
• Experience with electrical discharge machining (EDM) techniques is a plus.
• Solid math skills for precise calculations related to machining tasks.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes and techniques.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers accurately.
• Understanding of GD&T principles for interpreting engineering drawings effectively.

• Set up and operate CNC machines and manual lathes to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations required.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Perform electrical discharge machining (EDM) as needed for specific projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
